Overview
- West Coast Quake 2025 Rules
- Have fun and be respectful.
- This is a resurrection-style tournament. No long-term injuries or SPPs.
- All figures must be painted to a three-color minimum standard.
- All figures must be clearly numbered.
- The stunty teams are Ogre, Halfling, Goblin and Snotlings.
- There is a 2 hour and 15-minute time limit for each game.
- No illegal procedure.
- Shared dice: Sharing dice is encouraged. Work it out with your opponents as to which set of dice to use. However, this isn’t mandatory.
- “Counts as” or proxy models may be used if they are properly painted and numbered AND are easily identifiable during the game.
- You can take back one move if no dice were thrown.
- Only casualties that come from rolling block dice count for the Most Brutal (or similar) award.

The West Coast Quake will be using the NAF Rules for Tournaments from their website also known as NAF Rules for Tournaments.
The following inducements can be purchased as part of the team roster. Note: There are no pre-game inducements allowed as a result of a difference in team rating as all teams are given the same amount of starting gold.
- 0-6 Assistant Coaches @ 10K each.
- 0-6 Cheerleaders @ 10K each.
- Bloodweiser Kegs (0-2) @ 50K each.
- 0-3 Bribes @ 100K each. (50K for “bribery and corruption” teams)
- 0-1 Halfling Master Chef @ 300K each. (100K for Halfling teams)
- Igor (0-1) @ 100K each.
- Star Player (0-2) @ various prices. Note: Only those star players that have been released for Blood Bowl Season 2 can be used.
- Wandering Apothecaries (0-2) @ 100K each.
- 0-1 Riotous Rookies @ 100K each.
- 0-1 Morgue Assistant @ 100K each.
- 0-1 Plague Doctor @ 100K each.
In addition, the rules for the official GW FAQ and Errata apply. Note: You cannot purchase Special Play cards for your team.If there is a conflict between the rules, the NAF rules set will take precedence.
Team Build: To determine the team build, use the following guidelines.
Any team that takes a regular Star Player (i.e. Not on the list below) must pay an additional 60,000 in funds for each star player.

- Tier 1 – 1.225 in funds. – No stacking skills. No secondary skills. – Underworld Denizens, Slann.
- Tier 2 – 1.250M in funds. No stacking skills. No secondary skills. – Dark Elves, Dwarfs, Lizardmen, Amazons, Shambling Undead.
- Tier 3 – 1.275M in funds. One player can stack two primary skills. No secondary skills. – Norse, Orcs, Skaven, Vampires, Wood Elves.
- Tier 4 – 1.300M in funds. One player can stack two primary skills. One player can purchase a secondary skill. – Chaos Dwarves, Gnomes, High Elves, Humans, Necromantic Horror, Tomb Kings, Khorne, Elven Union.
- Tier 5 – 1.325M in funds. Two players can each can stack two primary skills. One player can purchase a secondary skill. – Chaos Renegades, Imperial Nobility, Old World Alliance, Goblins, Ogres, Halflings, Snotlings.
- Tier 6 – 1.350M in funds. Two players can each can stack two primary skills. Two players can purchase a secondary skill.. – Black Orcs, Chaos Chosen, Nurgle.
Additional rules:
Highlander rules for Star Players are in effect.
- Primary skills are 20K, secondary are 40K.
- No more than 2 extra skills per player.
- No more than 4 of any one extra skill per team (i.e., only 4 guard, block, or dodge extra per team)
- No Stat increases.
- No mercenaries.
- No stadiums or sponsors.
- No wizards.
